Goals:  To destroy for Master WIly

When Thomas Light and Albert W. Wily gradutated from the Robert Insitute of Technology with their Ph.D’s of enginerring, both doctors founded their company, "Light Labs". They created the prototype industrial mechanoloids that would be known as the "Joe Units", which was used mainly for security reasons, but expanded to even every day uses. They revolutionized the technology of robotics, and both doctors was praised for them. But after Dr. Light was upstaged for their recent creation, "Blues", Dr. Wily's pride was ruined.

So in 2005, he stole the blueprints of the "Joe Unit's", and moved to the Pacific to buld an army of them. He upgraded them so they would be more suited for combat, but have free hands for other purposes.  However, such generic soldiers do not stand a chance against actual combat model Robot Masters.

Notes

The Sniper Joe designs were inspired by their first apperance, their later versions in the 7th installment "Sniper Joe 01", and slight bit of the Pantheons. I didn't install a buster in their arm because, when they're not invading cites, they do Wily's constuction work. They're also look clunkier from the other robots in the series, due to them being the first made in robotics.
